Seating and Canopies
Imagine your child enjoying lunch outdoors with friends, shaded from the sun or sheltered from the rain by new seating areas. That's the vision behind our latest fundraising project! At Wyvern College, we want to enhance the school grounds by adding more seating areas and canopies. These additions will provide practical, all-weather spaces for students to socialise, study, or simply unwind during breaks. This project was developed in response to a consultation with parents, staff and students who asked for more seating and canopies around the site so students could be more comfortable at breaktimes and spend wet breaktimes outside. We are aiming to build a large 13m x 30m canopy by the All Weather Pitch with lots of seating underneath, and to replace the 'sail' canopy beside the languages and maths block. Every penny we raise will go towards making our school a more enjoyable and comfortable place for our kids. Let's build a legacy of community and comfort together!
